- All of our flights are coordinated with the local VOAD (Volunteer Organizations Active in Disasters)
- This assures there are no wasted resources by coordinating with Federal Government, Local Government and other disaster relief charities.
- Our typical aircraft can carry 500 lbs. of relief supplies in one flight
- Once disaster areas can be reached by truck, we no longer fly missions unless there are special circumstances such as refrigerated medical needs
- In some cases, we may fly people out of a disaster are, or volunteers into a disaster area.
- Passengers must be medically stable, able to walk, sit up in a seat with a seat belt fastened around them. We do not have air ambulance services. We will need a medical release from their physician.
- Passengers cannot be more than 24 weeks pregnant.
- Passengers need to make a request (in most cases) at least two weeks in advance. In some cases we can accommodate shorter lead-times; however, we can’t guarantee finding a pilot under those circumstances.
- Passengers must have a financial need or a compelling reason why you can’t use public transportation. The costs of these flights are donated by pilots as a charitable contribution.
- Passengers must be a legal U.S. Citizens.
If the passenger meets the criteria above, and there is a compelling need which could be met through air transportation, please check the box below and click Continue to proceed.
